Versys Corporation Introduces IntelliPad ContactLink®
Versys Corporation is pleased to announce a rich set of additional functionality for its IntelliPad Marketing software. With ContactLink, attorneys and secretaries using Outlook can search the SQL Server IntelliPad database to find a contact and then add the selected contact to their Outlook contact folder. Additionally when information for a shared contact is updated, all other Outlook folders with that contact are updated and email notification is provided to identify who made the change.
IntelliPad is a marketing solution for law firms that delivers current and accurate contact information and simplifies the management of events with wizards for email and letter campaigns. Attorney time is not wasted on periodic review of long lists of contacts to “clean up”. Email campaigns can include attractively formatted HTML content. Excel files are produced for use as data sources for letter and label merges in Microsoft Word. A complete history of activity is kept for all contacts.
