Legal Insight is a mature, comprehensive product installed in a large number of law firms throughout the United States and Canada. The Windows Client/Server system runs under either the Microsoft NT or Unix operating system and utilizes a SQL compliant relational database system. All the modules in Legal Insight are fully integrated.

Legal Insight has a wide variety of billing features to accommodate virtually any special client requirement. These include task-based billing, split billing, group billing, retainer billing and the creation of electronic invoices for audit company requirements. An important new feature is the Invoice Designer, which allows client creation of firm standard or custom invoices in an office-publishing format.

Versys Corporation is an active participant at major industry conferences, such as the Association of Legal Administrators (both national and regional) and is a member of the Association of Records Managers and Administrators. The Company maintains a relationship with key consulting firms in the field of law office automation.

The foundations of Versys Corporation, its products and key personnel, evolved from its predecessor company, Industry Data Services, an independent systems company with multiple offices in California and Hawaii. The organization was formed by several former IBM employees, including Richard Wilke, the President of Versys Corporation. The company provided a spectrum of systems and services to the Professional Services industries. It continued to expand and, eventually, was divided into several independent, industry specialized data services organizations.
